Dry white wine produced from Chardonnay, Cortese and Sauvignon grapes grown in our vineyards located on the Monferrato hills.
Grapes are softly pressed and de-stemmed separately; assemblage proceeds starting with temperature-controlled fermentation followed by aging in stainless steel tanks for four months and then one month in the bottle.
Clear and bright straw yellow with greenish reflections. Ample, intense and persistent nose with hints of flowers and fruit. Acidity dominates on the palate giving freshness, body and good structure. Pairs well with pasta, white meat, fish and Mediterranean and/or Eastern Europe fried dishes.
Serve at 10°-12°C
Available in 0,75 lt bottles
