100% Moscato grapes are selected and dried following an ancient technique still used today whereby the warmth of the sun is harnessed in a ventilated environment so as to naturally concentrate the fruit’s sugars.
After soft pressing, selected skins are left to ferment with the must at controlled temperatures for about 6-8 months
Intense yellow gold with amber highlights, ample bouquet with notes of candied citrus, apricot and spices; on the palate hints of fresh and dried fruit, spices and baked apple.
Excellent way to end a meal with confectionary or pastries as well as with cheeses, including blue-veined, foie gras and patè

Grapes are selected from the south-east facing hillside of the Scrapona vineyard, at 250/300 masl, the best Moscato vineyard in the Bagnario Valley. Grapes are exclusively hand-picked by specialized personnel. Bunches are placed in small boxes and then on racks for drying. Classic Guyot training system, density is 4,000 vines with yields of 45 quintals per hectare.
