After harvesting and drying, gentle pressing follows and selected skins are left to ferment with the must at controlled temperatures for 6-8 months. Wine is then aged for at least one year
Ruby red color of medium intensity with garnet highlights; delicate, musky, perfume with clear hints of dried roses, typical of the Brachetto grape.
Sweet, enveloping, smooth and velvety on the palate. Excellent with all kinds of confectionary and pastries, a rare wine that can hold its own paired with both milk and dark chocolate; perfect to end a meal or any time you want to relax with a glass.

The best grapes from the Pineto vineyard are gathered the first week of September.
Harvest is strictly manual and the bunches are then placed on racks for drying. Classic Guyot system of vine cultivation with low yields of 45 quintals per hectare
Vineyard exposure is south-east and is about 250/300 masl.
