100 % Moscato Bianco. The juice obtained from the pressing of the grapes is maintained at low temperatures until the time of refermentation in pressurized tanks. On reaching a level of 5.5° alcohol, fermentation is halted and the wine is bottled with all of its natural vivacity.
Straw yellow with intense aromas of citrus, apricot, fig and orange blossom; the taste is pleasantly sweet and aromatic like the Moscato grapes it comes from. The alcohol content makes it a delicious and natural thirst-quencher anytime as well as a dessert wine par excellence; it also lends itself to unusual combinations with appetizers, raw fish and sushi.

Grapes are from different vineyards in the area of Strevi which are especially suited to aromatic varieties thanks to the soil composition of white clay, marl and limestone and the cooler hillsides, 300/320 masl, with good day and night temperature swings for the development of aromas.
The vineyards are planted in the Classic Guyot system with a density of 4000 vines and yield of 80 quintals per hectare. Manual harvest the first week of September.
