Vinification Notes

De-stemming and then fermentation with maceration on the skins for at least 10-12 days in stainless steel tanks with regular pumping over.

After aging at least four months in steel, the wine is bottled and continues aging for at least another month before release

Tasting Notes

Intense ruby ​​red with persistent aromas of ripe fruit, flowers and spices.
Elegant and velvety, with just the right alcohol content, it envelops the palate. A wine to remember.
Ideal throughout a meal or for special moments, drunk fresh it also pairs well with both cooked or raw fish.

Serve at 18-20° C in autumn and winter, 10-12° in spring and summer
