After soft pressing and fermentation, grapes undergo temperature-controlled maceration for 10 days followed by re-fermentation with selected yeasts in pressurized tanks to obtain the liveliness that characterizes Masino wine.
Ruby red with violet reflections; vinous, fruity nose and fresh, lively, dry taste.
Ideal for the entire meal, in summer as well, if served at a lower temperature.
Pairs with charcuterie, bagnacauda, stuffed pasta dishes, meat and grilled fish.

The Vigna Lunga vineyard is located in the Cascina Masino in Cassine, and is characterized by south-east facing rows about 300 m long. Grapes are manually harvested in the third decade of September. Classic Guyot training system used; density is 4000 vines per hectare.
