Pale yellow in color, with fine and elegant perlage, pleasant fruity and intense aroma that expresses the elegance of orange blossom, apples and peaches, typical of the Moscato grape. Sweet, aromatic and delicate flavour.

Grapes are from different vineyards in the area capable of producing Asti DOCG, especially those in Strevi. Classic Guyot vine training, with yields of 80 quntals per hectare. Manual harvesting first week of September.
